Lincoln County Launches Fraud Alert
To Notify Property Owners of New Transactions
Lincoln County is providing a free tool to help property owners protect one of their most valuable assets.
With Fraud Alert, you can sign up to receive alerts whenever a document, such as a
deed or mortgage, is recorded under your name.

The Registry of Deeds Research room is available by appointment only. Please email deeds@lincounty.me or call 207-882-7431 if you would like to reserve the room.
The Registry of Deeds Recording desk is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm.
