Over Two Centuries of Lincoln County Deed Registry Now Online

After eight years of work, the Lincoln County Registry of Deeds’ complete files dating back to 1761 have been scanned and made publicly searchable on the county website.

Lincoln County Launches Fraud Alert

 To Notify Property Owners of New Transactions

 

Lincoln County is providing a free tool to help property owners protect one of their most valuable assets.  

 

With Fraud Alert, you can sign up to receive alerts whenever a document, such as a

deed or mortgage, is recorded under your name.
